The colorful portrait includes Reince, Congressman Paul Ryan and Governor Scott Walker, three GOP leaders promoting responsible spending in government. All three are from Wisconsin. And, so is Dan, born in Two Rivers and raised in Fond du Lac. Dan, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1967 and was the university's first grad to receive a Fulbright Scholarship from the US State Department.
